Anupam movement is a nationwide political campaign led by local Nepali feminists to champion equality for women at the decision-making tables of Nepal's local, provincial, and federal governance system. This 5 year-long campaign is designed to empower local women leaders and enhance their collective bargaining power in their political party and electoral structures to rightfully implement the constitutional right of inclusion at representation. The movement further provides campaign support to local women leaders through leadership building, campaign strategizing, and providing matching funds for political campaigning during the election time. Anupam will use nonviolent communication, love, and kindness as a campaign strategy to win people over power.

The ANUPAM Caravan is a key initiative of the Anupam campaign that traveled across the east-west highway and grassroots communities in Nepal to promote women’s empowerment and political participation. Freedom Studio, as a creative partner, supported the caravan by designing, developing, and disseminating visual graphics, video stories, and other multimedia content, adhering to the campaign’s visual identity toolkit. This included documenting the journey through photographs, interviews, and video reels, culminating in a documentary highlighting the stories of local women leaders and aspiring leaders nationwide. The caravan also featured open exhibitions in major cities to raise awareness and foster dialogue among stakeholders. Currently, locally-led parades of buses, cycles, and foot marches are being organized in multiple districts with creative support from Freedom Studio.
